1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wanderlust website, mobile application, or any other features, technologies, or functionalities offered by Wanderlust (collectively, the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Platform.

2. Modifications to Terms

Wanderlust reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. By providing User Content, you grant Wanderlust a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content or have the right to use and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Using the Platform to transmit any malware or other harmful code
• Collecting or harvesting data about other users without their consent
• Using the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wanderlust and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wanderlust. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Wanderlust shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wanderlust, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Wanderlust expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that (i) the Platform will meet your requirements, (ii) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Platform will meet your expectations.

11. Governing Law
